CreativePass Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using CreativePass (the "App"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the App.

2. The service

CreativePass is a photo and video editing app for iPhone that applies LUTs, overlays, textures, fonts and other effects to media you own or have the right to use. Editing happens on your device. Some content packs and features require a Pro subscription.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in method secure.
• You're responsible for activity under your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Account. Deletion removes your profile, subscription record and device registrations and cannot be undone.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

• Pro is sold as a recurring subscription (monthly or annual) or, where offered, a one-time lifetime purchase, billed through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Free trials, when offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Prices may change; we'll notify you in advance of any change affecting an active subscription.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

5. Content packs and licence

• LUTs, overlays, textures and fonts provided in the App are licensed, not sold, to you for use within CreativePass and in the media you create with it.
• You may not extract, redistribute, resell or share pack files outside the App.
• You keep all rights to your own photos and videos. We never claim ownership of your media.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use the App to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringes others' rights, or is intended to harass. Don't reverse-engineer the App, interfere with its services, or circumvent Pro gating.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the App and its services available but don't guarantee uninterrupted operation. Downloaded packs remain usable offline; catalog, sign-in and purchases require a connection.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The App is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the App; continued use after the change means you accept the new Terms.
